Domestic Orders:

Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post and cost is calculated on basket weight. Please note all orders are sent via Trackable Post for your peace of mind. Postage is calculated as follows:

Up to 500gm $9.20
Up to 3kg $12.55
Up to 5kg $21.00
5kg+ $25.00 (includes eco disposables anywhere in Australia)
If Express Post is required please email me and I will let you know if it is possible for your order.

Express Post parcels will reach most destinations between 1-2 days for orders placed and paid by 12 noon. For Registered parcels please allow between 2-6 days to receive your order, excluding weekends. Orders will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is received .Orders paid for by cheque will be posted on the day that the cheque clears. 

Out of stock products:

If a product ordered is ever out of stock , we will back order it for you and email you with an estimated delivery time. Alternatively you may choose to have a substitute product delivered to you straight away. Mum's Little Outlet endeavours to have all orders delievered to you as quickly as possible and will never keep a customer waiting for any unreasonable length of time. You will always be kept informed and will always have the right to choose how long you are prepared to wait. This is our promise to you.
