This toy meets asthma friendly® standards according to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. Toys with the asthma friendly® certification mark are an ideal choice for those concerned with asthma and allergies. asthma friendly® certified toys do not contain any fabric or fillings known to aggravate asthma. Additionally, their quality and workmanship allow for the effective allergen reduction process of freezing, washing and drying, while maintaining all ASTMF963 and EN71 safety requirements. Testing of durability and quality has shown that this toy will withstand the recommended care code outlined on this package.

Choosing asthma friendly® certified toys is only one part of an overall allergen reduction plan in the home. The information herein is specific for this toy only. Always follow your physician’s advice on asthma and allergy management. If the specific care guidelines are followed, this toy will not accumulate high levels of household allergens under normal conditions of use.

The asthma friendly® guidelines for this toy require the instructions below be followed before and throughout use.

	1. Freeze. Place toy inside a freezer bag, then place in 10º F or colder freezer for 24 hours.
	2. Wash Separately/Dry. Machine wash cold, delicate cycle/tumble dry low. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Recommend use of fabric bag for wash/dry cycle and allow toy to cool before giving toy to child. Some shrinkage may occur.
	3. Cuddle with confidence.™
	4. Repeat this process every 4 weeks.
